Who Are We?

We have been in the grain bin business for over 30 years!  We began our business in 1994 operating off a farm east of Jacksonville, Missouri, as Knuppel’s LLC.

Initially we moved and sold grain bins.  We became charter Sukup grain bin dealers when they began manufacturing grain bins in 2001.  That same year we built the first Sukup grain bin in the nation for farm use east of Moberly, Missouri.  Knuppel’s LLC also sold M-C grain dryers.

In January of 2007, we opened a new facility that we built along Highway 63 in Cairo, Missouri and renamed our business Grain Bin Supply Company LLC.  This facility is still open and serves as our company headquarters.

Our Vandalia, Missouri facility was opened at #2 Industrial Drive on the east edge of Vandalia on Highway 54.  It began operation in 2011.

In May of 2017 we formed a separate company- Grain Bin Supply Company of Iowa, LLC and purchased Roger’s Ag Service of Aurora, Iowa.

Through the years at our various locations, we have accumulated many product lines.  Grain Bin Supply are dealers for Sukup, a host of AGI lines (SureTrack, Hutchinson, Westfield, NECO), Spread-All Manufacturing, Conrad American, Sudenga, Shivvers, Greene Stairs, Lowry, Zimmatic Irrigation, Komet sprinklers, Cummins generators, Generac generators, and Prinsco drainage tile.

In addition to building grain bins as we have always done, we now offer grain bin management and monitoring, perform millwright work, have a fabrication shop, operate several cranes, sell and build steel frame buildings, sell/construct/service center pivot irrigation systems. Install drainage tile, build terraces. GBS does electrical work on farms whether that is new construction for a shop or bin, or a complete re-do and update to your electrical systems.   We sell back-up generators for home and farm use.  In our shop at Cairo, we do electric motor repair.  We also do grain bin erection for other dealers as well as large tanks for commercial customers.

Today we are focused on providing permanent structures to make agriculture more efficient.  We have sold and constructed over 2,500 new Sukup bins across the Midwest.  We have covered a lot of ground and still have interesting changes ahead of us.  We look forward to hearing what we can do for you.
